Metal shredders/crushers utilize impact, shearing, and compression principles to transform various types of scrap metal into uniformly sized shreds, facilitating subsequent sorting, smelting, or sale. Metal shredders can also process some special metal raw materials, but the appropriate model must be selected based on the material's characteristics.
Special Applicable Materials: Requires a corresponding model.
1. Scrap aluminum, scrap copper, and thin stainless steel: Specific hammer materials (such as high manganese steel or alloy materials) are required to prevent material adhesion or equipment damage. Small to medium-sized models are sufficient.
2. Scrap steel bales and briquettes: These materials have a high density after compression, requiring high-power, high-speed medium to large-sized metal crushers with thickened hammers and reinforced rotors for efficient crushing.
3. Small scrap mechanical parts: Such as scrap gears, bearings (after removing internal non-metallic parts), and small mechanical housings, can be crushed by small to medium-sized metal crushers to separate pure metal fragments.
As mentioned above, different power and size crushers are needed to handle different material scenarios to ensure normal production.
