1. Daily Inspection (Before Starting Machine Every Day, 10 Minutes)

Check whether there is foreign matter on the conveyor belt and inside the working area, clean up residual packaging debris;

Test emergency stop button and safety light curtain function to ensure sensitive alarm response;

Check fixture suction cup/claw tightness, avoid air leakage and material dropping;

Run no-load test for 3 minutes to observe whether the mechanical operation has abnormal noise and jitter.

2. Weekly Maintenance (Once a Week, 30 Minutes)

Lubricate rotating shafts, guide rails and transmission gears of column palletizer and robot arm;

Clean dust inside electrical control cabinet and heat dissipation fan to avoid dust affecting circuit operation;

Check all wiring terminals and air pipe joints, fasten loose lines and leaky air pipes.

3. Monthly Deep Maintenance (Once a Month, 1 Hour)

Calibrate palletizing positioning accuracy to ensure stacking offset within ±0.1mm;

Check servo motor and reducer operating temperature, replace aging lubricating oil;

Detect the operating parameters of the whole line PLC system, back up program data to prevent program loss;

Inspect the wear degree of conveyor roller and belt, replace vulnerable parts in advance.
