Palletizing Production Line Safety Design | Complete Safety Protection Configuration for Factory Human-Machine Cooperation
Safety is the primary consideration for all automated production lines. Palletizing production lines involve high-speed moving mechanical arms, rotating columns and automatic conveying equipment. Improper safety configuration will easily cause collision risks between workers and machines. Our full automatic palletizing production line follows EU CE safety standard, equipped with full-range safety protection devices to achieve zero safety accidents in daily operation.
Full Set of Standard Safety Protection Configuration
1. Full surrounding safety fence: Adopt high-strength aluminum alloy safety fence around the palletizing working area, isolate working mechanical parts from manual walking area, prevent workers from mistakenly entering high-risk working area.
2. Area safety light curtain: Install infrared safety light curtain at the personnel access opening. Once workers stretch hands or enter the working area mistakenly, the whole palletizing line will stop instantly and trigger sound-light alarm.
3. Emergency stop button in multiple positions: Equip physical emergency stop buttons on control cabinet, conveyor side and palletizing host. Press any button to cut off all power of the whole line in one second for emergency risk avoidance.
4. Mechanical buffer & anti-collision device: The robotic arm and rotating column are equipped with electronic anti-collision system and mechanical buffer block. The equipment automatically decelerates and stops when encountering obstacles, avoiding equipment damage and personnel injury.
5. Fault sound and light alarm & text prompt: When material blocking, motor failure or grabbing error occurs, the device sends out red light alarm and displays detailed fault code on the touch screen, helping workers troubleshoot quickly.
Human-Machine Collaborative Operation Rules
The automatic palletizing line runs unmanned normally. Workers only need to replenish empty pallets regularly and transport finished pallets. All maintenance operations must be carried out after cutting off equipment power. Our equipment passes CE certification and meets global industrial safety standards, suitable for factory workshops in Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other overseas markets.
