1. Front-end Conveyor System: Including roller conveyor, belt conveyor and lifting conveyor, responsible for stable transmission of boxed, bagged and barreled products, buffering production line speed difference and avoiding product collision damage.

2. Product Arrangement & Shaping Machine: Automatic alignment, shaping and positioning for messy incoming materials. For bagged products, it flattens bags to ensure flat stacking; for cartons, it corrects offset products to guarantee neat palletizing layers.

3. Pallet Automatic Feeding Machine: Automatic pallet storage, separation and feeding, realizing unmanned pallet supply without manual placement of empty pallets.

4. Main Palletizing Host: Optional column palletizer or 4/6-axis palletizing robot according to production demands, completing automatic grabbing and layered stacking of finished goods.

5. Automatic Wrapping Machine: Online stretch film wrapping for stacked full pallets, preventing cargo collapse, dust and moisture during transportation and storage.

6. Outgoing Conveyor & Forklift Docking Station: Transport finished full pallets out of the palletizing area, directly connecting with forklifts or AGV trolleys to realize seamless docking with warehouse storage system.

Standard Working Flow of Full Palletizing Line

Finished products from packaging machine → automatic conveying → shaping & arrangement → pallet automatic supply → automatic layered palletizing → online film wrapping → finished pallet output → warehouse storage.
